The Glasshouse is the heart of Scarham Creek Retreats — an intimate setting for elopements, with an outdoor stone fireplace nearby for a second ceremony option.

Say “I do” at our romantic Glasshouse, then retreat to your private treehouse for the night. Our elopements are designed for couples who want a beautiful, simple, and stress-free wedding without the expense or planning of a traditional wedding.

After your ceremony and photos, simply walk over to your treehouse, relax in the hot tub, and enjoy your first evening together as newlyweds.

The Glasshouse itself is a cozy 12×10 ft glass space, and we keep it simple on purpose. Decor isn’t included, but every package can be customized for an extra fee.

  • Honeymoon staysCheck-in and checkout times and house rules for each cabin are on the Stays page.
  • PoliciesA $150 deposit, due up front, holds your date, and the remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your ceremony. The deposit is non-refundable, except in the case of an act of God. Your ceremony is indoors, so rain won’t cancel it. Every booking includes a simple signed agreement covering these terms. Please respect the property, decorations, and furniture, and keep to your approved number of guests.
